Hello Risa, with regards to your dry hands, since frequent application of hand cream or olive oil is not very practical, I'd recommend installing either a water softener for the whole house or just a reverse osmosis unit under the sink in the kitchen. This has the added benefits of reducing limescale buildup for ease of cleaning, producing superior tasting tea/coffee/soup stock, and denser foam.

お弁当もどのお料理も美味しそうで、料理熱が沸きました！ 照り焼きチキンにお豆山椒ご飯あいますね。チキンの照りがつやつやで食欲そそられました❤ ツヤツヤに仕上げコツもぜひ知りたいです😊
照り焼きをさっぱり食べる隠し味、しわしわにならないグリーンピースの茹で方、オリーブオイルとポン酢のドレッシング、 簡単にできる色んな工夫がすごく参考になりました！作ってみます❤
手の乾燥は、寝る前にハンドクリーム塗りまくってます。アベンヌおすすめです。たっぷり塗ってもベタつかずしっとりです。
